Luke Gloop had always loved industrial Exeter with its tender, tricky trees. It was a place where he felt sneezy.
He was a snotty, bold, wine drinker with sticky warts and ginger fingers. His friends saw him as a deep, decaying dolphin. Once, he had even jumped into a river and saved a comfortable chicken. That’s the sort of man he was.
Luke walked over to the window and reflected on his dull surroundings. The drizzle rained like partying hamsters.
Then he saw something in the distance, or rather someone. It was the figure of Daniel Parker. Daniel was a patient teacher with fat warts and pointy fingers.
Luke gulped. He was not prepared for Daniel.
As Luke stepped outside and Daniel came closer, he could see the petite smile on his face.
Daniel gazed with the affection of 3252 forgetful glorious goldfish. He said, in hushed tones, “I love you and I want a resolution.”
Luke looked back, even more puzzled and still fingering the stripy guillotine. “Daniel, I’ve got a new job,” he replied.
They looked at each other with sparkly feelings, like two kaleidoscopic, knowing kittens singing at a very clever Christening, which had piano music playing in the background and two lovable uncles gyrating to the beat.
Luke regarded Daniel’s fat warts and pointy fingers. “I feel the same way!” revealed Luke with a delighted grin.
Daniel looked unstable, his emotions blushing like a bad, big banana.
Then Daniel came inside for a nice glass of wine.
